a high-end single-family house with a complex steel structure featuring a butterfly roof design by renowned architect David Christopher. This challenging endeavor required meticulous attention to detail and careful planning due to the land's topography. One of our main concerns was the installation process, which we successfully managed using a 120ft reach crane to position the steel structure on the site.

we pride ourselves on our ability to adapt and excel in dynamic environments. Our recent custom home construction project in Burnaby is a testament to this flexibility. Midway through the project, we faced a significant challenge when the architectural drawings were changed. Despite this, our experienced team swiftly adjusted to the new plans, leveraging our deep expertise and adaptability. By effectively managing the modifications, we ensured the project progressed smoothly and was completed with minimal additional costs.
